    I've seen the G51JX-X1 on Newegg and the X2 on Amazon for the same price and specs. Are they really the same laptop?

    Don't hold me to it, but if I am not wrong there is a Blu-Ray/DVD-rom difference
    also might be differences in type of harddrive and ram ?

    I just took another close look and you were right. The harddrive on the X1 is 500GB and the harddrive on the X2 is 320GB. :p
