I would like to know if it is at all possible to upgrade the gpu. I do not care about it being difficult or anything like that. I also understand that some of them can not to upgraded do to being onboard or such. I will explain my system a liitle bit

    Model # G51JX-x1
    500 gb hd
    8gb of kingston 1333 ram
    Nvidia GTS 360m gpu
    i7- 720QM

I had replaced the thermal paste on the cpu and gpu before during that process I also removed the gpu because some how dust had collected under the card. So I do know that it is removable. Since last doing that have moded that bottom cover and made a custom laptop cooler (Nothing to fancy). I'm not worried about operating tempurates or anything over heating. If it is possible to upgraded the gpu but heat would be the main concern. I have previously water cooled my old laptop and I would be willing to do so again. The only down fall to this is that it no longer becomes as mobile I would like. But seeing how I do not own a desktop it would be that bad. I can currently able to play Tera Rising, Aion, Word of Warcraft at high- Ultra settings depending on location within the game. When going in to a heavily populated area it requires me to lower the settings or the framrate drop to about 30 fps.

Another question that I have is that every website that i look up the specs for the laptop on says that the ram is 4gb of 1066 and mine cam from facotry with 4gb of 1333 installed. I added the other 4gb of 1333 to it after about 1 year. Why is all the specs that I'm finding online different from what actually came in my computer ?

Any information regaurding my two questions would be helpful and thankyou in advance.

Also if it helps the socket is mxm 3.0 type b. I just would like to know if i would have to alter the cae itself to make a bigger one fit inside.
