    G51VX fan replacement help.

    Hi there! I was hoping one of you friendly fellows would be able to help me find a replacement fan for my laptop.

    My G51VX fan has started to rattle and after a cleaning and re-paste my core temps are way down but the rattle persists.

    The model of the fan is a Sunon GC055510VH-A K95215

    And some other numbers here 13.V1 B3960.FGN

    This is a 17 blade fan. I'm having trouble finding where I could buy such a thing. I'd really like to get this fixed within the next 2 weeks, but I cannot find the part even on the Sunon website. Perhaps I just don't know where to look. Anyways, any help would be greatly appreciated.

    i just search a little bit,, use google to make sure they fit

    Wow. Sunon.

    So now we have 3 fans that work for this laptop (and the g50v(t)).

    So does the Forecon or Sunon move more air? @Digitalnametage I guess you would be able to tell if you bought the forcecon 17-fin fan.

    The Delta KDB05105HB 7F36 is a 13-fin fan btw so it probably wouldn't move enough air for your laptop..

    The Forceon DFS541305MH0T fan comes in many different little varieties. Make sure it says "F8us" on the front of it or else it won't fit perfectly onto the heatsink.

    I had to buy a replacement heatsink (13N0-E0A0601) to get the forcecon.

    CORRECTION:: "F8U5" , yes, that is a FIVE after the U.
