    Hi everyone,
I bought a G51jx laptop about 2 months ago and I think i might have deleted something by mistake. That resulted in the loss of the cool feature of the laptop where I can change computer modes (power Saver, High performance, Entertainment and such) and also turn my touch pad on and off. These buttons are touch buttons above the keyboard. Does anyone know where I can download the file for to get these features back? thanks.

I have had the same problems with my G51jx. Every time I have used a utility, when rebooted next, that utility had gone. Desktop icons disappeared or changed, it was a complete mess.
In the end I wiped the hard drive and installed Win 7 Ultimate, and using the Asus Driver disc restored all. I have had no problems since and can only assume that the initial factory install was corrupted. I then used Paragon to make a backup.

Like GenTech said, reinstall all ATK's and that should fix the prob. However if you are running Windows 7 64 bit I would be careful with ATK Input 0100 ACPI. I realized that it was the cause of Windows Explorer locking up on me and giving me a few BSOD's.
