Did I fry my G51? I was sitting on facebook with a game minimized and it just hard shutdown on me. Couldn't power it back on with a full battery or a/c adapter. I Unplugged AC/Pulled battery held the power button to reset it and tried again.

    Nothing...

What should I do? im like 4 months out of warranty..

If it over-heated, you could power-up it again after it has already cooled. Though if it still won't power-up, then it might likely be the case that your machine is a goner already. Maybe you should have observed your machine the moment it had overheated by looking for a burnt odor and its probable location. You could also dismantle it and look for traces of burnt components so that you can have an idea on what part to look for as replacement.

It did not overheat, I monitor the laptops performance regularly if/when I game. I glanced at the temperature 5 or so minutes before this had happened and the GPU/Processor were well below there limits.

Looks like it took pretty much all day to finally discharge, I was able to get it to boot multiple times on BATTERY. So I guess the A/C adapter got fried. However, on battery I am noticing a warning i've never seen, I usually dont run this on battery so im unfarmiliar with the warning

Kernel Power Processor Event Id 37

The speed of processor # in group # is being limited by system firmware. The processor has been in this reduced performance state for 72 seconds since the last report.

I assume this is a normal warning because I use P4G hybrid and the system is on battery life preventing is from over-consuming the battery.

    Can someone confirm this?

I think that's normal, I use to see that in the my system log though I'm not sure if I'm on battery on those times. I think that's normal because when you're in battery, the voltage is lower than on AC so the hardware needs to adjust on that limitation. Could be your power brick is the goner then.
