To sum up, i'm having a problematic love story with this G53. Im living in Brazil, and had my unit imported from USA (My uncle bought there, he is a pilot).

The first time the unit had a problem, asus found out that the videocard was cracked, therefore not giving video output. Conclusion ? First RMA.

The second time, the charging DC jack broke inside of the charger, plus 100+ gpu temperature. Conclusion? Second RMA.

Third time, after upgrading bluetooth driver, the unit died. My guarantee was over by now, so i had to do this on my own. The only solution found, was to change my bios (It wasn't POSTing). About 150$ dolars for that.

Fourth time, when the unit came back from the bios repair, my HD had about 550 bad blocks. Another 120$ dolars..

Living scenario : My alt keys are not working (You know, they are used a lot to alt+tab, ctrl+alt+del and stuff). Got a fresh install (windows and ubuntu 10.04 {i hate unity}), installed all the drivers (Kb filter, and ATK Package).

    Any idea?
