I recently checked the program CPU-Z and saw that i was only using 2 cores which are 4 threads, now i checked in msconfig and the max number of processors i saw was only 4. So how do i enable all my cores?

    What version of CPU-Z?

What procesor type does it show?

How do you see processor count 4 in msconfig? Should be 1.

The "number of processors" setting right? The checkbox should be unchecked.
