Hey guys, I own a G53-JW and i've had this laptop for a while now and everything been ok until i started getting blue screens after opening my laptop from sleep mode and another problem i have been facing is when i play Diablo 3 and have to alt tab to look at a video or something, i come back and my game is stuttering uncontrollably and won't stop, i can barely move my character from all the lagging and i'm concerned why it's doing such a thing since i've never have had this problem before on other games.

I have recently updated to the latest Nvidia drivers so maybe that's the cause of the problem?

Also after waiting a while with all the stuttering and massive lag in Diablo 3, my screen blanks out for a second and goes back to normal with a msg saying Nvidia drivers have stopped working and have recovered, and only after that does all the stuttering go away.

Nope, your video drivers aren't working properly. Uninstall them, boot into safe mode, and clean the remnants with Driver Sweeper. Then try reinstalling 301.42 again.

They're fine on my SW, but I've found that Nvidia's drivers can get a bit messy and cause issues like this if not uninstalled properly.

Be sure when you re-install the drivers, to select the Custom installation and check the box to "Perform a Clean Installation" otherwise the issues may pop up again. Performing the clean install should reset your card to stock clocks and settings.
