    Hey guys just registrered because i need some help.
    I have a ASUS G53S notebook, and it has some really high temperatures.

    IDLE:
    GPU = 51 celcius
    CPU = 45 celcius.

    Havent tested when gaming, but just being idle those temperatures and its VERY loud. People suggest cleaning, but i dont know how deep i'm allowed to open the laptop before warranty goes away?

    Well sure i will try that, but in the video he says "I recommend taking the bottom cover of". Well that will take my warranty. But i will try doing it into the vents.

    Well thats a pretty (sorry to say) dumb answer. Because as stated above, there is no way to clean it without voiding my warranty.

    Blowing out the vents from the corners should be sufficient

    Taking off the bottom cover doesn't void your warranty, as far as I know. That isn't really the same thing as opening the rest of the laptop and getting at the components, which is what a repaste of your GPU - your only other option - would require.
