I don't know how this happened but it just started to happen today. For some reason, my G53SW keeps waking up after I put it to sleep. I have wake timers disabled, and my mouse that's connected isn't the cause either. When I check the command prompt for the last thing to wake it up, it doesn't tell me anything. Does anyone know what could be causing this? :/

It does it without the mouse plugged in? Maybe you have a faulty keyboard (stuck key?) or hardware button.

I doubt it. It just started to do this today, and I didn't do anything to the keyboard that could make it have a stuck key.

Tried that and it didn't help. It automatically wakes up with the mouse plugged in or not. Sometimes, after pressing the sleep button, it will eventually go to sleep and stay like, but majority of times, it wakes back up.

Well I don't know if it was that, so I just did a last resort technique and just did a system restore to an earlier point. Don't know what was bugged, but that seemed to fix the problem. Thanks for the help though.
