    Good morning everyone,

I was just wondering if anyone could help me install the necessary bluetooth drivers for my G53SW.

I have the Atheros Wireless Card, but in the Device Manager I get a code 43 ("Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems").

When I first got my laptop, I did a clean install and this is the only thing I have had issues with. I have also tried the updated drivers from this forum, as well as the stock drivers that are found on the website.

Uninstall all drivers through the device manager until the adapter is not recognized anymore. Reboot and then try installing with admin rights and UAC disabled. I'm guessing you have the Atheros card with integrated bluetooth? You can also try reinstalling the wireless console as well. This is what i can think of at the moment.
