Just want to know what the normal temps for my laptop is. I just got it today. While gaming I get a max of 85c for graphics and 89c for the i7. Is this normal? Or should I do a repaste job? I have some MX-4 available to me. Thanks in advance.

I'd clean the vents first, there is probably some dust in there.
Those temps are slightly high, but nothing worrisome yet. -
The computer is dust free. I've already taken it apart and inspected it

Those CPU temperatures seem a little high, but the GPU temps are exactly what my 73SW gets under load. It's definitely not cool, but not a problem either. Nothing to worry about, in my opinion.

So then I should hold off on the repasting?

...my GTX 460M after 14 months and still no dusting done, has went up to 86*C on Crysis 2 while GPU is OC'ed to 800/1697. Diablo 3 has reached 85*C on the same OC. My CPU's highest while leaving TS monitoring while gaming has went up to 72*C on max.
My idle is around 40*C, 41-43 watching at Youtube etc. My laptop stays at a centralized section of my place.
Even I thought, in about a year or two I will have to repaste this 460M and CPU.. -
^Just now my browsing has went to 50*C then going down once I look at it. Amazing, it used to be 41-45ish when it was new while browsing, it used to idle 34-37, ...it's the cycle of life I suppose,..

I forgot to mention that the room temperature was 90F(yeah, my house get's hot). I also checked the temps while the air conditioner was running, and the gpu got a high of 84c, the cpu got a high of 81c, and the room temperature was 79F.

The ambient temperature will be your problem but they are slightly warm on the CPU side of things.
General rule keep the CPU below 80 and the GPU below 90 if you can but GPU below 100 and CPU below 90 is acceptable.
I would go for the compressed air attempt Tijo mentioned before considering a repaste keep it clean and the airflow clear. -
I have already taken apart the computer and there was no dust at all. I checked everything.

Lol, 30C ambient, at those temps, you got nothing to worry about really.

Yes. I took it apart blew what little dust there was, then wiped down the heatsink/fins with rubbing alcohol.

So my g53 is getting some high temperatures. I get a max of 88c for the processor while gaming, 91c when I run prime95. The gpu gets a max of 85c while gaming and 88c when I run furmark. I have repasted the gpu and cpu using Arctic MX-4, and pretty sure I did it correctly(used the pea method). Have also cleaned out any dust it had. I have all the windows 7 updates and the nvidia updates. What could be giving me these high temps? Also, the fans are working correctly. Thanks in advance for your help.

Those temps are fine. The cpu temps are a little bit high but nothing to worry about. I'm sure yea have heard this but notebooks will always run way hotter than desktops. The parts are designed to handle the high temperatures. Unless you start getting thermal shutdowns you need not worry.

Considering that other people get a max of 71c for cpu and 75c for gpu, it does have me a little worried. That's a 20c difference for the cpu. Pretty huge difference if you ask me.
G53SW normal Temperatures?
