This static read-only archive was pulled by NBR forum users between January 20 and January 31, 2022, in an effort to make sure that the valuable technical information that had been posted on the forums is preserved.     Hi All,

    Anyone had problems with the Asus G53SX? I was sent one from Asus as a replacement for a G60 that as busted, but I have had nothing but problems. Mouse was very flakey, backlit keyboard stop working, case seemed to "pop" open but there is no means to pop in back in? Keys have fallen off. Can you even open it up? I know it is a refurb, but is there no QC on these things? Bunch of keys look crooked.

    Asking Asus for help, but likekly going to ditch this laptop and stay wide away from other Asus products..
