It starts as soon as i turn on my computer, even when loading windows.

Sometimes it goes away after awhile sometimes it dont.

It looks like pixels that should be a specific color turns green instead.

    Agreed with DCx

Not sure if this will do much, but try lowering the memory clock of the GPU as far as you can.

The GPU is dying...or there is something wrong with the LCD cable...my bet is on the former.

It actually changes a little bit if i tilt my monitor, maybe it is the lcd cable.

...... Now it disappeared. It must be the cable..

Well if it is then at least that is self-fixable :)

Look up one of the G53 disassembly guides/videos and have a look-see at the cable.

If its anything like the G73, then you should be able to just remove a few screws that hold on the top of the fan "casing" at the back of the laptop, from there you can see the hinge/lcd-cable etc.

It's not particularly difficult to disassemble, don't worry too much about doing it!
