Hello again. I recently got a ASUS G53sx-xn1 delivered to me and Im quite happy with it, except the download speed is quite abysmal compared to my older laptop. I've tried changing the wireless bands with little progress and I've also tried disabling bluetooth, so Im wondering what else it could be. Any suggestions.

Download speeds can be affected by so many things. Best thing to do is run a test on it to see how it's doing. Websites like speedtest.net is a perfect way to see how you download speeds are. Run a test and see what you're getting and do the same with your old notebook if you still have it.
