G703GS can't adjust screen brightness

Hi guys.
Never think it's can happened to me and will ask help on forum, but...
2 days ago got used but like new Asus Rog G703gs. Nice laptop but was 2 bad things - loud fans even on idling and previous owner's account.
1- Fans was fixed easy - dissasemble bottom, apply Arctic mx-4 - 1 hour and problem gone.
2- Account. Tried to delete old one, but found easiest (I thought) way just install brand new Windows with format SSD. Newest version was 2004, take 30 minutes for installation, but after....
After I found nothing works properly I need to install drivers. At official asus website have 100500 different drivers for all this ROG app...
I'm lazy so installed Aulogics drivers installer... This download few drivers, but laptop still not worked properly. After I tried Iobit driver booster - this app help much more, about 90% everything on laptop work good, but! I can't now adjust screen brightness! 100% bright...
I tried update last Nvidia drivers, tried official drivers from Asus.com, tried stock microsoft basic driver - nothing guys...
It's few different ways for adjust screen brightness, tried everything but can't... It's not even show in menu and hot keys are not working for brightness (other hotkeys works)
Also windows say "some of parameters hidden or can be control from your organization"

Any idea how to fix it or just put previous 1909 Windows?
