    G72 - turbo gear extreme not opening

    hello all,

    I have a newly purchased G72. The turbo gear is enabled in the bios. The running man button at the top will allow me to put the laptop in overclock mode. While the lightning bolt key does not do anything. Also, when I try to open the program turbo gear extreme, nothing happens. Should I try an uninstall and a reinstall or is there a quick fix for this issue.
