    Anyone know where I can get one? Mine has broken. The tip is loose and it no longer charges the laptop (stays in battery mode)

    Anyone know where I can get a replacement?

    Okay, any other options? Because I've tried ordering it three times and they say my billing and shipping address don't match. Which would make sense because I'm trying to ship it to my duty station and not my home of record.

    BTW, don't have this problem with anything else I order ...

    You could try ordering it through a Sales Rep instead of online.
