Hi guys im really sorry bout all the questions lately, computer seems to be acting up for osme reason, ok so heres the new issue i havent had the chance to game in a few days prob a week and so i went and got a new xbox controller decided to start playing gta 4 finally never got to beat it so any ways notice i cant get steady gameplay at all frame rate is very iffy at times. also this is not due to the computer falling asleep i make sure i restart computer before every gaming session ive also tried the newest 301 drrivers and i use doxs hacked drivers most of the time seems to be the only way to get good control over the heat with doxs drivers i get 54-60 idle and when playing kingdoms of amalur maxed out they get to about 90 no cooling pad also this was before the lag issue its not due to heat. srry bout the clutter just trying to explain everything some help would be great thanks.

ok so i think ive solved this i was checking my ram out and 1 was way hotter then the rest so i took it out and at first it didnt make that much of a difference i went up to 9k in 3dmark06 so wasnt bad but i decided to do a reformatt of win7 fresh install and left out the other stick and bingo back to about 10777 or so also im positive it was the ram cause i put it back in after the the reinstall and ran gta iv benchmark tool and droped too about 24 took it out ran the same thing settings etc and was at 34 with everything on high.

idk if any one really cares or not just incase some one does have a issue similar this might help.

Thanks for posting your issues and how you resolved it. It certainly does help the community when people post the issues and then come back to let everyone know what fixed it.
