Hello techies, I'm having some weird feeling that my CPU temp is not normal. As far as I remember my CPU temp. was about 56c not exceeding 65c. But now I am hearing the fan goes audible.
I checked my temp. using HWinfo 32 and took a picture of it. My GPU temp. is normal 61c while my CPU:

    core0 81c
    core1 71c
    core2 75c
    core3 73c

Are those temps. reading were my CPU i7? I attached the file for further information. I'm in Asia at the moment and it's a lil'bit hot in here.
But even inside air-conditioned room my CPU temps. are about 75c.
All stock paste, updated vBios and Bios 211.

Regarding the screen, when I turn it off (Fn + F7) I can partially see some images.
It's not pure black, it's like burn-in images but not fixed because if I change my wallpaper I can see the new image specially the white colors.

*I tried playing videos and turning the screen off, I see the video but not watchable too dark but not 100% black.
(maybe because my screen was against the light this morning)
Do you guys observe this thing or I'm just being OC?

Any suggestion is most appreciated. Thank you.

    Updates:

    12-9-11
-Used air-canister and temp drops from 81c to 64c.
    - Screen is normal, had a same result with other G73.

    12-13-11
    -Air-canister again
-Installed anti-malware/spyware scanned the whole system and removed hidden programs. Maybe there are processes that makes CPU run hotter.
(I even checked the CPU usage it was about more than 15-19% now it's 0-1%)
-Temperature went down from 65c to 52c
-Uploaded the latest CPU temperature post-game.

Those temperatures are way too high for idle temps. Under load, i guess it's okay. I'm in India and it is hot here. My idle temps don't exceed 55C for the CPU. I've directed my pedestal fan towards my laptop (raised using four blocks) and idle GPU temps are 46C max. This with the laptop being on continuously for days on end and me doing downloads and browsing, watching movies, etc. So I suggest a repaste. Use ICD7.
As for the screen, i think i get a pure black screen. I'll check when i get to my laptop and let you know.

Thanks FlyingFalcon, I think my paste on my CPU is worn-out @_@ the few weeks ago I saw my temp. was 56c but now is freaking high 70's to 80's. My GPU was like that ever since, like 55c - 65c at idle. My problem is that I don't know how to re-paste my G73. I'll try to contact a technician and let him watch the disassemble guide.

I noticed this weird screen problem this morning, when I saw it on a different angle. The white color is still partially (at least 5%) visible. Not that big deal, but still curious on what's going on. You can try focusing on a white part when you turn it off or even on this page I can see the line (maybe because my screen was against the light this morning). This night the screen problem lessened. I hope things get back to normal.

    I attached the latest temp.

    Thank you,
    Yupi

Yes. When you use Fn+F7, you can see what's on the screen after it's been "switched off". I guess that's cuz it only switches the backlight off.

Whew what a relief. I thought my screen has starting to gets weird. I turned off the laptop and it's now blank.

I used air-canister to blow off dust and can't believe how much dust accumulated in the vent.
Temp. decreased from 80's to 60's but still a lil'bit hot after turning on the laptop.
But still I didn't get my previous CPU temp. which is 56c.

    Thank you Falcon!

What did you use to clear the vents? I'll be coming to America this December and there as loads of stuff i want to buy like an ssd, a better backpack and a few cans of compressed air cuz they're not available in India and whichever is is too expensive to even consider buying.

I used Blow Off Duster pressurized air-can. But it ran out of air before I can clean the vents completely, I can still see particles coming out from the vent. Even my GPU temp went down to 55c instead of 60-66c. Next time I'll buy 2 cans in the store, so effective.

Good luck in advance in your trip to USA. Home depot or office supplies have air-canisters. That's nice, I hope one day I can upgrade to SSD but installing everything again is kinda keeping me from upgrading for now.

Thank you yuptchie. And I'm getting an ssd cuz i yr involved in a major car accident a couple of weeks back and my laptop was with me. The harddisk was shaken up real bad. It's showing a slight error at startup. Nothing one can't live without but I'm ocd when it comes to my laptop. So thought I'd get an ssd for blazing boot up times. I've reinstalled windows like seven times already so I'm not too worried. :D

Your'e welcome Falcon! Woah that's dangerous! at least the laptop got the damage not you. I guess you don't have really choice but to change your hard disk, SSD is the good choice for that! :D Next time if I need to reformat my drive then I'll get the SSD :)

Same here, I'm a little bit OC regarding my laptop. Oh by the way I fixed my temp. from 81c to 52c. I used air-can, then I installed ad-aware and found some hidden programs and it cleaned the boot up. After that I got the old good temp. but I had to remove the ad-aware because of some kind of conflict. The cursor flickers! I think Ad-aware removed something important, I used system restore and updated the video card to 11.8 and problem solved.

Here is the latest temp. of my CPU after playing games for at least 3 hours.

52 is a good temp. Mine idles at those temps too. GPU idles at 46. So an air can can go a long way eh? Cool. Gotta invest in a couple of air cans or an air blower or whatever it's called. :)

Yup, I checked it again and still having the good result. The fan noise is not noisy anymore even at gaming. Thanks for your time yo Falcon! Same here, I'm going to buy another air can when I go to mall.

Yo sorry late reply, I didn't see the post.

I am using HWiNFO32 (outdated, too old). Maybe you have a better version.
*I updated my HWiNFO to 64 v3.86 and I have that options now.
Try updating yours too you can get it here:

It's sad that the JW versions don't have a fan rpm reading in hwinfo. But i can live with it so :D

    Thanks +1

I ran out of pressurized air cans so maybe I try it :D
