Currently my G73 is GSOD'ing on the stock ATI 9.13 and 10.4 drivers. Will updating the BIOS to the beta 209 fix this problem?

    Thanks!

Nope, if your getting GSODs even on stock 9.12* drivers then you should RMA it. Only bios that could possibly help is the video card bios(which is separate from the mobo bios).

Even then, i recommend for you to just RMA it to Asus or back to the place you bought it from.
