Hi, long time reader but never decided to join the community until now I have decided to purchase a G73

But I live in Canada and was wondering where I can get the BEST PRICE!

    (always looking for a bargain)

I also need an upgraded one with 1333 ram, a SSD just for OS and also window 7 ultimate and 6300 intel wireless card

Any vendors on the forum can give me a good deal?

Or what are some websites I can look at that customize

I need someone to customize because I aint good with comps, previously my old laptop was a Lamborghini VX and now I am replacing it!

I looked at xoticpc, ncix, newegg, excaliber, hidevolution, and BTOtech

I like BTOtech because they are offering the 3 antenna service as well,

So anyone got any other online stores that would be cheaper? or are there any vendors here that can offer me a good deal?

    Cheers!

extreme-pc.ca does good work, and will bend over backwards to help.

Asus Resellers by State & Province ... For those who want to see & try out your computer before you buy it (which is always a good idea, if possible), h ...

check this page, and try to compare the price you can get from them. There are ASUS authorized reseller in Canada.

EDIT: or there are option like buy seperate parts, and have someone you know that is tech savvy or a computer store you trust to assemble them for you. It's not that hard to swap a wifi card and put in ssd and loaded with windows 7 ultimate.

Ncix is pretty cheap. They have some good deals some time especially if you join their membership.

    they have a membership program?

I have bought my desktop there and spent well over $5k in the last year, but do you know do they mod laptop customizing?

Ncix has email newsletter sort of thing if you register an account with them. You probably will find more good deals at redflagdeals.com anyway

I bought my laptop on Amazon.ca for $1759. The price wasn't the lowest, but found the included two year warrenty was the best price. NCIX has the A73 for an okay price, but the warrenty is somewhat pricey. Extreme PC is pretty good as well.

What exactly do you want to have modified in your G73Jh ?

I bought my G73JH-A2 on NCIX in may and was able to price-match it 50$ lower. Shipping was quick, they only charged me the federal tax and not the provincial one and the notebook was well packaged.
