    Hey guys.

    So mine is a Best Buy model.
    LG Screen
    6gb of HYNIX 1066 memory

    My questions are.

    Who makes your stock memory?

    and

    Where the hell can I get some Hynix 2GB pc3 1066 memory to upgrade to 8gb?

    Lets see if we can get a list of the ram brands ASUS is using in the G73's!

    Dell uses Hynix- might be able to get some through them.

    Mine has Kingston 1333.

    Bumping and old thread.

    Would it be possible to run DDR3 1600 or 1866 on the G73?

    Or would it I be better off running DDR3 1333 and going with Hyper X 7-7-7-20

    Or would I be better off running DDR3 1066 and going with Hyper X 5-5-5-15?

    Its the old battle of bandwidth over speed??
