AS most of you know, i'm having bad issues with the GPU temperatures.
I remember playing all the games i'm trying now with no problems at all a while ago.
I did the vBios3 posted by Ziddy update, and i'm not saying it is the cause of my problems (I was expecting results as the other guys, which seemed pretty great!) but i just want to be sure about everything.
Could any of you post here the stock vBios?

    Thanks

I already posted about this - lowering voltages on mobility 5870 in the g73jh actually causes temperatures to rise a few degrees on idle and load (dont ask me why though, makes no sense to me either, but i tested it myself), and that vbiosv3 has lowered voltages so it does exactly that...
I am at the moment not at my g73jh where i have saved the original vBios, but when i get to it i can send it to you if noone else will by then...

    Highly appreciate it HellCry.
I hope that reaching 110c will disappear with this desperate move =D
Can i ask you as well to upload them with some CRC cheks, and tell me with what app you test em?
Just to be sure about stuff =D

I dont know if it will prevent you from reaching 110C, but i am fairly certain it will drop your temperatures a few degrees.
Hope that will do it for you...

you haven't attached it yet, right?
Found this post where someone else posted his stock vBios.
I opened it with Radeon Bios Editor, just to check values, and i noticed that the Voltage in the clock info 00 is set to 1.15, which is higher than the one i'm running (vBios3 posted in this forums, with 1.05v)
It just does not make any sense that i'm having higher temps with even lower voltage values. Lets see what happens
Should i try and use this one?
    What do you guys think?

Yes, the default voltage is 1.15v. Its the one i use, since my GPU actually runs cooler on 1.15v than on 1.05v. There is no reasonable explanation that would come to mind...

Mine actually runs cooler with the lower voltage. My idle temps dropped about 2-3C Gaming temps are about the same. My last link also has a link for the stock vBIOS.

Ive tried reflashing twice and the result was the same - a few degrees higher temps...
Perhaps the systems just react differently.. Mine gets hotter on undervolting.

Now that is weird, considering we both have A1's. Are you on 209 as well? Other than that, only our environments would be different.

A1, 209 bios. Ambient temperature was the same on both my tests with stock vbios and undervolted one.
