    I would like to know if the gameplay improves with TwinTurbo Mode ON or, instead, it is better to have it OFF

    From what I've read (haven't actually gotten my system yet), you'll see better performance in most games with Turbo OFF. Applications that can't utilize multi-threading (or is it multi-cores?) will perhaps perform better with the turbo mode ON.
