    Hi all,

I've had my G73 for about a month now with no problems at all.

It's fine until windows is fully loaded and you can see the programs loading down in the right corner then 3 to 5 seconds in it just freezes. I have to hold the power down but I've tried 3 times and it keeps doing this.

The only thing out of the ordinary that I've done is to move it yesterday. While moving it I had it vertical for a period but I wouldn't think that has anything to do with it.

Do you have STEAM installed and set to load at win startup?
