Today i decided to install Rocket Dock on my G73JH running Windows 8 but for some reason it takes a good 15-20 seconds to show up on start-up. If i don't set Rocket Dock to start when my system start and just click on the rocket dock icon then Rocket Dock starts straight away. Anyone else run into these problems?

It might be the case that among your start-up programs, Rocket Dock seemed to be less prioritized. If you have the program Asus Fast Boot installed, make sure that Rocket Dock has it's delay set to off, and try to choose among your start-up programs or services which to delay.(those that are not so important for you to be up and running immediately). Let me know if this somehow alleviates your issue. If not, you could run CCleaner and clean your cache or temp folders, then defrag your HDD (if you're not using SSD) using Defraggler.
