Hi all! So my having issues with my Realtek drivers (cracking/popping/static/white noise-like sound) and I'm considering RMAing it since someone told me this could be a hardware issue. My question is, since I bought this in Best Buy, can I only RMA this at Best Buy? Or can I RMA this at any asus service center? I had my G73JH brought here in the Philippines so Best Buy is.. far away :D

I'd give windows 7 + new drivers a reinstall, make a boot-able disk of windows 7 and download the latest drivers.
If it's still sparkling in your speakers after that I'd give it a RMA to bestbuy, you'll probably get a new unit at the spot, whereas Asus RMA could take 1-2 months...
