I have been dealing with this problem for 7 or so months now and am pretty sure of the answer I will get, but I am hoping for an easy fix. I had my laptop repaired under the accidental damage plan. They replaced the screen, motherboard, and video card. Aparently when they put it back together, they got the two tabs for the battery hold and lock backwards One tab will hold it with roughly by 1/8" and the other is useless so alot of times the battery falls out. I will have to do a full tear down of the laptop to fix this problem wont I?
