Like the title says, anyone know a way to make the multiplier constant? I know it turboboost to 3.0Ghz on idle, but that doesn't even when you put it under load. And w/ turbo-boost, overclocking the CPU by changing the BCLK/FSB only makes it faster when you have 100% load and anything less stays the same. (If you monitor it through CPU-Z)

Throttlestop is a good place to start, although I'm not sure you can get 3.0ghz on all your cores, all at once ...

Doesn't seem I can go up to 21 multiplier w/o an Extreme Edition CPU.
