Today, randomly, dots have been appearing and covering most of the display. They dots seem to appear in groups of 4, making a square. They increase and decrease if there is any change in the display (typing, moving the mouse, anything). I thought my GPU was overheating so I turned of the computer, let it cool, and they were still there. Here is a photo:

Looks like memory corruption, try a driver install and if it doesn't work, send it in for RMA.

Can you elaborate on what you mean by driver install? Drivers for what?

Since it's a display issue, the drivers for your GPU. Uninstall the ones you have, completely and do a clean install of cat 11.3

Since it's in your screenshot it's either a problem with your ATI drivers (reinstall as DCx said), or your GPU is failing.
