I'm able to run Crysis on very high settings, but I can't even get through the main menu of Fallout 3, passed the character creation screen in oblivion... Framerate just seems like it drops, and I have mouse lag as well.

Any fixes to this? Anyone else having this problem?

No idea. Fallout 3 never drops below 60 FPS for me

Well, the mouse lag is a well known problem with certain scene releases of fallout 3 (read: USE GOOGLE TO GET YOUR PIRATED GAME WORKING FFS).

As for the Framerate, you'll need to give more details. Running on battery? Latest Drivers? What version of what game, and what is exactly happening? Or is everything happening in each game? You'll need to be more specific to get specific answers.

All 3 games are acting the same. Extreme mouse lag when it loads the actual engine of the game.

For instance, I load up Fallout 3 and it gives me the main splash menu for options, or if I want to run the game. I click to run the game, and it opens it up... At this point I start getting MASSIVE lag. The mouse cursor doesn't move slowly, it just jumps around when I try moving it. It's even difficult to click on the quit option.

Same thing happens in oblivion, just that it's at the Character creation screen instead of the new game screen. The mouse lag happens here, and I can tell it's acting with the character that's standing there as well.

As for Morrowind, you start off on the boat...It's just overall laggy there, looks exactly like the lag I'm getting in Oblivion.

I updated my Video drivers via Asus website (Unless there are other drivers you'd suggest me to update)

I have all 3 games on steam, so they should be up-to date...

Morrowind works great for me... try disabling your touchpad yet?

If you believe by some reason I am accidently hitting the mousepad and it's skipping about, that isn't the problem. Although, I still tried your suggestion without any luck.

I even downloaded a pirated version of Oblivion just to see if a different version of the game would act differently, no dice.

What kind of drivers would effect this?

Update: Apparently only the main screen of Fallout 3 lags, the game runs at 75FPS... the hell is going on.
