    Hi.

I´ve read some post about G73JH having issues with SSDs. I´m about to buy a SSD because right now my G73 is pretty sluggish. My question is if everything works when you install the SSD and Windows 7. I don´t know if everybody have issues or the posts I´ve read are the exception.

Right now I know that I have to set SATA on AHCI and also remove secondary HDD. Any other useful tip?.

Thank you very much in advance.

Intel 320 160 GB, no problems what so ever, same with a Crucial M4 128 GB.

The talk was about the chipset having somewhat reduced SSD performance compared to desktop motherboards. It's caused by power management features. In practice it isn't noticeable. You will most definitely see a gigantic improvement in performance with the SSD.

    Thank you.

So, I install the SSD, Install Windows 7, install G73 drivers (from CD from Chastity´s page), and all set?. I´m I missing something?.

    Thank you very much.
