    G73JH Yahoo messenger problem need help

    I have a problem when I use yahoo messenger, when i sign in YM after a few seconds my laptop will 100% surely freeze then i will need to manually press the power button to restart.

    I had this problem last year but I dont know what I did the problem just went away, now its back again and I don't know what is the cause of it I reinstalled my Ym already I have the YM 11. but still it freezes.

    Try turning off some of the Asus apps, like AutoUpdate and the Online Storage thing.

    I only have the asus lifeframe, wireless console and the power 4 gear installed.
