    -for what is item Three Strike counter ... in Advanced BIOS ?

    -is possible undervolt this CPU and how ?

    - I tried Intel Extreme utility - set 4cores to 19, but when i am using stress test, then CPU-Z displaying changing between 15 -18 only.
