Hi everyone, I've recently started to actually use the webcam on my g73 but I've run into a big problem. The webcam itself works amazing but the built in microphone doesn't recognize any noise. I've already looked in audio devices, its not disabled and its the active voice recorder. But when I speak it doesn't recognize anything as noise.

Any ideas what I could do?

You might have the wrong device selected. If the webcam is working, then the mic is likely working as well - so it's a hardware/software problem. It may be disabled elsewhere ... and it's not sensitive at all.

Ever RMAed it?? Since my second RMA my microphone doesnt work; and trust me when I say this, I went through every software solution imaginable. Im thinking they simply forgot to reconnect the cable.
