    Did mode my JH

Bad part is that the fans are situated at a bad place....if you want them holes to be right under the fan then you need to cut the designe

But if you want to cut into the angled part then you have to make a mesh that goes with the design of the JH it is just that it will need more work.

before my 5870m dies it was idling at 46c with the mod. Before i had something near 51c

Tools i used were normal thin metall cutting scissors to gut the mesh from this :

To cut the JH case i used this set. I just outlined the design i wanted and the cutting was easy. After cutting i used 320 and 500 grade water sandpaper to make it look nice.

The mesh itself is glued to the case and i also bent the mesh so it would be flat with the bottom of the JH case.

    Hope info helps :)

    Nice job!

Not sure I dare start cutting holes in my G73Jh...

I bought a Coolermaster NotePal U3, mounted an extra Coolermaster 120 mm 12V fan underneath, connected it to a DC transformer I had in the drawer, temps dropped 10C!

a nice cooling pad and a decent repaste job will solve the Overheating issues even with a slightly overclocked CPU and GPU.
unless you got an XM cpu then a mod will be a nice addition.

but the mod that DH48 did is Extremely clean and professional looking mod.
