My motherboard died on me and it is a 60-NY8MB1200-B0C will a 60-NY8MB1200-B0D still work or is there going to be an issue with the vBIOS? Does anybody know what the difference is? Has anyone ordered from this site? ASUS G73JH LAPTOP SYSTEM BOARD 60-NY8MB1200-B0D

    Thanks for any help.

P.S. Tried to flash BIOS to 213 and found out later about the NTFS format issue.

    Sad to hear.
Wouldn't this be under warranty? Ask Chastity.

Where did you find this number on the mainboard?
I may compare with my disassembled G73.
Just found a label G73 mainboard Rev. 2.0

The label is on top of the 3 DIMM slots. I was looking all over for it and it was in front of me the whole time....lol
Sadly the warranty has long since expired as it is a refurb from newegg.

Yeah, I know the label is there, but wasn't looking carefully.
    Mine is the 0D revision.
Imho you can buy that thing. The price of $166 is really good in comparision with other shops.

I wonder if a G73SW motherboard would work.

Update...just picked up a Best Buy Refurb G73JH for $400 cash off Craigslist locally. Typing on it now! :=) I will part out the other G73JH and make a little money off this deal. It should give me enough money for a 1080P screen, i7 920XM and if I'm lucky a large SSD

Thanks. Kind of had to since the board I was looking at sold and a new one was $335 shipped. How could I go wrong? This one is in better overall condition than the one I received from Newegg.
