I've noticed in CPUZ that the multiplier is constantly raising and dropping. This happens even after a new Windows install, no Power4Gear software, power setting to High Performance, and with the 211 bios. Is there something I'm missing to lock the multi at say x20?

It is built into the Bios, if you go into the bios you can see a setting for this. You can also set it back to normal if you want .
This is a built in feature with this system.
