Hello everyone, i've been having this issue while playing games where every 10-15 minutes i'll get a "freeze" but not where i have to shutdown, only to the point where the screen stays the same for 2-3 seconds with the sound looping during that, and then it comes back like normal. It happens a ton while i play WoW which is really annoying cause i tend to die alot due to this happening. I've tested the laptop with offline games and wireless card turned off as well and it still happens, just not as frequently. I have the g73jh-bst7 best buy model and have just factory reset my laptop a few nights ago, and haven't updated anything since so it's definitely something fresh out of the gate and nothing i've downloaded yet. I'm running bios 211, graphics driver 8.683. please help

The sound looping is usually indicative of a sound driver issue. Get rid of the creative software and install the latest realtek sound drivers. That should fix it.
