Hey, guys I got this computer about 2 weeks ago, and everything is running great. I have successfully updated the BIOS to 213, Chastity's VBIOS, and the trackpad drivers, to prevent the computer lagging type. I found this all through the main sticky.

But the problem now is I use a mouse 90% of the time, cause I game on this computer, but when I am on the go I want to use my trackpad. I have locked the trackpad using the Fn+F9 key. The problem now is I cannot UNLOCK the pad. I press FN + F9 it does nothing all the other Fn buttons work fine it's just the trackpad will not unlock.

I looked around the forums couldn't find a solution so I'll post here.

One work-around that you might use is this: search Mouse at the Windows search box, go to Device Settings tab and manually enable the Synaptics Touchpad.

You might also try to uninstall your ATK Package and reinstall the latest one (ver. 1.0.0014) to see if the Fn+F9 would be functional again.

Start>Type Mouse>Select Device Settings Tab and uncheck disable internal pointing..... or Start>Control Panel>Mouse Properties>Device Settings Tab>uncheck disable internal pointing device when external USB pointing device is attached. (use your keyboard to navigate)

Even when I disconnect my wireless mouse my touch pad will not work.
