Has anyone ever been in that situation, I had a problem with my Bluetooth on my G73JW and therefore I wanted to make a reinstallation of my bluetooth. I have all my files from the CD copied to my harddrive and I went into the folder with bluetooth and started the setup file. After a while, after nothing had happened else than i was told it was installing, i saw some of the files from the bluetooth folder disappear and suddenly it says, it cant install the driver. I then closed the window and all my files on my desktop had disappered. Oh well, I thought a reboot would fix it, but it couldn't boot into windows again, no mather what I did. So I had to make a clean installation of Windows 7 and the went into that folder, where it had put my old windows installation and from that I could see, many of my files were missing. I've always has a antivirus running and afterwards I have been doing a scanning without any virus found. Is it something anybody else as experienced, I've have never seen it before and I have been dealing with computers for a long time.

    Thanks in advance

No, I was just trying to reinstall the Bluetoothdriver and I did it just after I had started the computer and found out Bluetooth didn't work. I can recall a while ago, when I was reinstalling another driver, can't remember which, I had a similar problem. But at that time it was only all the driverfiles in that specific folder, that disappered. Wonder if it has anything to do with my harddrive?
