I just ordered my G73JW and I'm sooo exciteedddd :D

What are first things that I should do with this laptop when I receive it? as in which drivers should i download? how do i do a full reinstall? is there a vBios update? if i endure the keyboard lag, how should i fix it?

    You know stuff like this.

    Appreciate the help :)

mostly remove asus bloatwares, search the forum, there's a thread on that topic.

or make a fresh windows 7 install if you will.

JWs does not experience GSODs, so no need to update Bios, no keyboard lag either.

Update nvidia driver to 260.99, will need to modify the inf file to get it to recognize your 460m, search the JW owner thread.

i read the instructions, but am still a bit nervous about the process. Is there a video that I could watch that shows the steps? If not could someone make a quick video? I would appreciate it
