    G73JW-3DE BD Problems

    My blu-ray drive will not recognize dvds or cds and blu-rays will loaded, but not play correctly. Also, the drive does not show up in windows explorer unless a blu-ray is loaded. If I look in disk management the drive shows "no media if I have a CD or DVD loaded. The drive has worked in the past. Does anyone know of an update that conflicts with the operation/drivers of the blu-ray drive? The BD drivers are current.

    I've updated the GTX 460M video drivers and the blu-rays will play now with windvd, but the drive still will not recognize cds or dvd of any type. What is causing the conflict?
