Hey guys, I am confused as to how this chip has 3D options possible in its control panel however the machine itself including any documentation doesn't state anything about 3D.

With that said, can this GPU and model do 3D off of the laptop's screen even though it is not a 120Hz 3D screen?
Can you still buy the 3D glasses and transmitter and get the effect?

    I am lost.

No, it means the GPU can do 3D with a screen that supports it.
This means you cant do it on your laptop screen, but you can do it on an external 3D ready screen (thouth the GPU is so weak youll get real sluggish fps so its really a gimmick).

The G73JW has HDMI 1.4 capable of output 120Hz via HDMI, so if your TV supports 120Hz HDMI input you can still play games or watch 3D movies on your external monitor or TV.
