My brother and i researched forever to find the best gaming laptop. We settled on the G73JW-XT1. It is a beast. However it wont stay connected to the net on WiFi or Ethernet. The WiFi is at school and just may be their router because my phone drops that WiFi signal as well. The Ethernet im using is at home. Ethernet seems to be even more prone to d/c. Maybe every 2 mins. I have a desktop that i plugged the Ethernet into and no problems. Stays connected for ever. I have found other posts online about WiFi problems with the g73 but nothing on the etehrnet. Any ideas??

spuderman, you may not be able to have the computer in the spot your trying to stay connected to the internet. there may be stray rf problems. frequency clash. there may be another frequency getting in the way. try setting the computer somewhere else. see if that works. if it doesn't, i don't know.
