    Hey guys, a couple of month back my motherboard bit the dust and I couldn't afford to replace it, but now my brother is offering to buy one for me. The question I have is: what is the exact model number for the motherboard of the Bestbuy model? I saw this thread when I tried to Google for the answer: http://forum.notebookreview.com/asu...7492-g73jh-motherboard-model-no-question.html but I want to make sure that 0D is the correct one.Thanks for any information.

    Intel HM55 IbexPeak M-DH. But it is an Asus board so you will need to make sure it is the G73JH board. Rather than any old HM55.

    just buy an g73jh mobo , all jh mobo's are same but some are yellow and some are green.
