    Hello guyz,

    i bought an G73SW and i am surprised of the noisy GPU, i can hear it easily, even when i am only surfing, i had an PackardBell LJ 75-JO-230 before with a Radeon HD5650, and it was completly quiet.

    Is everything normal with my laptop?

    If yes, maybe Optimus driver can fix that thing, someone know if Asus will release these driver?

    When i bought my computer, i read 10 advertises about Optimus on this computer, but there is nothing actually about that.

    Where did you read about optimus on the g73? I have never seen it advertised like that.

    None of the G73SW models are known to have Optimus.

    If they do in your region, that is new info.

    No one have Optimus, but will Asus/Nvidia release the driver for this model?

    If the motherboard/BIOS doesn't support it, then no.

    So why a lot of french website who sell this model talk about Optimus, are they lying?
    If yes, they can have trouble.
