    Hello Guys,
I've just bought G73GW and I wanted to find some comments about this version on this forum and to my surprise I haven't found anything here (I used the search function). The only threads here are about either G73Jw or G73Jh. Is anything wrong with my model that nobody here have bought it?

Where is the best place I would find up-to-date drivers? On ausus website? Can I run it with win xp or only win 7 is the option?

    Thanks for any comment.

No your model the SW is an excellent machine http://forum.notebookreview.com/asus-reviews-owners-lounges/547044-asus-g73sw-owners-lounge.html
This may be of help , also G73/74/53 Series Driver and Application Reference *
AFA up to date drivers, The Asus site does not keep video drivers or sound drivers up to date, you may have to use manu. web sites (ATI, Creative etc)
or the site I linked above. (note this site * is a work in progress and all the links may not work at this moment. )
If you do not mind my asking but why do you want XP ?

Thanks for your comment and the links.

As for my "affection" for win xp, I'm just used to them, thats all. And I'm a bit lazy to learn a new system but I don't think I can install win xp on such a new machine so I'll have to "put up with" win 7 :).
