Title says it all. I see them for sale overseas but does anyone know if they will be released in the US and if so when? I don't need to buy till April time frame so I some time to wait for it's release.

I'd like to know this too!
News sites report they're available for pre-order, but I don't see any.

Hope it's not that expensive. Alienware m17x sells their 3d r3 version for 1699, just the 4gb ram will drag you down. Still total WIN!

    1.) 11.68 lbs.
2.) 3D is only 460m, no SLI option or upgrade
    3.) 6870m w/no 120 Hz screen option.
4.) 2920m not an option yet.

The main reason to go with a heavier AW was video/screen upgrade options and they are not really there yet. I do however like that it has a USB 2.0/eSATA port and 2 USB 3.0 ports.

If they offered the 6870m/120Hz screen for me that would be ordered in a heart beat as I do not care about 3D. I could always upgrade the CPU later and probably cheaper too. Wonder though if there would be a G73SH with a 6870m, especially with a 120Hz screen option or is Asus going nVidia only........
